4 eggs 1 can (397g) of condensed milk 500 ml of whole milk 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 cup of sugar (for the caramel) 2 tablespoons of water

Instructions (one per line)
Preheat the oven to 180°C. To make the caramel, put the sugar and water in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, without stirring, until a golden caramel forms. Pour the hot caramel into a flan mold. Rotate the mold to cover the bottom evenly. Let the caramel cool. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the condensed milk, whole milk, and vanilla. Mix well. Strain the mixture and pour it into the mold with caramel. Place the mold in a water bath (a larger tray with hot water). Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. To serve, run a knife around the edge of the flan and flip it onto a plate.

Ingredients (Translation - match order above)

Instructions (Translation - match order above)
